 My name is Kathy Dvorak. I am a full-time real estate agent for Long Realty Company in Sierra Vista, Arizona. My husband Richard and I moved from our home in the midwest 7 years ago where I owned a computer rental business for the previous 17 years. After our move to Sierra Vista, I began my career in Real Estate and have been active in the field since May of 2005. I am making plans to receive my associate broker designation in the summer of 2009.

 I work with buyers and sellers. Most of my experience is in working with buyers as a Buyer’s Agent. I believe strongly in the value I provide the seasoned home buyer and the “first-time” home buyer. The hats I will wear for you are house hunter, match maker, real estate student, top communicator, skilled negotiator, expert closer and trusted friend.
